in Europe. Amycel has strains to be cultivated for fresh market mushrooms as

Brown strains
Brown
mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus) are also called Chesnut Mushroom, due to the dark
brown naturally looking cap on a white stem.
They are very well appreciated for
their natural look and their stronger taste. Amycel has developed two new
really good performing strains.
Pleurotus
Oyster mushrooms for summer, winter and in different colours. Amycel has a wide variaty of Pleurotus strains.
Other specialties
The
